Our brief was for a major alteration to a family house in a London conservation area. The generous house extension consists of a new basement under part of the existing garden, a ground floor kitchen, dining and living area, a first floor extension and terrace, a loft extension, as well as various alterations to rationalise the existing layout.
Many design options were explored to achieve the clients vision and make the most of the site.
